I have a life long disability affecting my muscles and nerves, resulting in weakness and numbness mostly through my legs, feet and hips. My muscles don't always work like everyone else's.

Ellie!! You've opened up a whole new world for me  - you've made me feel welcome and strong, like I can achieve anything. Thankyou for learning and understanding my body and modifying the exercises to work for me - it's incredible!! I love that you help me physically move my body to show me that I can do it a different way, that my body can move and change in so many ways! You really are magical!!
